This time of year it seems like food is everywhere. We spend our days trying to resist that tempting box of Christmas cookies, popcorn balls or creamy fudge sitting in the break room. There are the neighbors dropping off plates of goodies at home, and the way we overdo our holiday feasts. Most of the time, it’s pretty hard to imagine what it’s like to feel hungry.

 

Unfortunately, that’s not the case for millions of Americans who go hungry on a daily basis. So we’re challenging ourselves – and you – to skip a meal (or two) for someone who doesn’t have one. More...
