After all, the best way to plan for the future... is to have a clear view of the past.
So dedicate some quality time over the next few weeks to reflect on what marketing campaigns and initiatives moved your business forward during the last 12 months. Evaluate how your marketing strategy has evolved year-over-year. Determine what aspects of your strategy were not as effective as you expected and identify what improvements you plan to implement in the months ahead.
Make no mistake about it, 2009 will be a year filled with great challenges. However, with proper due diligence and planning, it can also be a year filled with great success.
