Keeping with last week’s theme surrounding apps that make your iPad more productive, this week we’re going to showcase a recently released iPhone app from eMarketer that many marketing executives are finding invaluable.
Executive View was designed exclusively for eMarketer Total Access clients, and promises to keep them “one step ahead of the competition by delivering the digital marketing and media information you need to know — anywhere, anytime.”
Featuring the latest digital articles, analysis, interviews and reports, Executive View gives subscribers on-the-go access to eMarketer insights and reports. You can search for specific information, mark favorites (and synch with eMarketer Total Access) as well as read content offline.
According to an article by Media News International, the app is fitting well into the marketing and advertising executive’s workflow. Tarik Sedky, president of Mother Nature & Partners says "eMarketer is like air to me — it's fundamental. Executive View lets me catch up whenever I have 10 minutes of downtime in a plane, or running from meeting to meeting."
eMarketer President Lisa Church calls Executive View the app “for companies that have taken a disintermediated approach to digital.” Rolling out Blackberry and Android versions in May, eMarketer hopes to ensure that marketers have access to the information they need to compete in today’s digital world — no matter where they need it.
